At any point that you terminate and cancel your subscription services with SeniorGrowth, we are obliged and responsible to erase all your data.
You maintain ownership of your customer and account information. The senior and family, who is a legal representative of the senior, owns their senior's senior information. You have the right at any time to request a copy of all your data and to delete and destroy all your information.

Only you and any other individuals that are either an employee, care professional, client or family member of that senior that you have granted permission to can access a senior's or group of seniors' information via SeniorGrowth's platform. SeniorGrowth has enabled within your account complete control over permission rights, invitations, and the ability to revoke access. No employee of SeniorGrowth has the ability to view any of your data un-anonymized.

All your data is encrypted and anonymized to bring a higher level of security and privacy to our services. When you do things conduct an evaluation, share a report, post updates on moods, photos or comments, the data that you create moves securely between your device, SeniorGrowth services and our cloud servers. We protect this data with multiple layers of security, including leading encryption technology like HTTPS and Transport Layer Security.

Through our cloud service provider, AWS, your data is continuously monitored, protected and made available whenever you need it.
We also continuously monitor our services and underlying infrastructure to protect your data from threats, including spam, malware, viruses and other forms of malicious code.
Based on where you are geographically located, your data will be stored in one of three locations, United States, Europe or Asia, and in accordance with the specific geographic requirements of your country, through our data center provider, AWS.
For example, if you are a SeniorGrowth customer from the UK, your senior information will be stored onshore and will be located in Europe. We will not move or replicate your data outside of your region, except as legally required and as necessary to maintain SeniorGrowth's services and provide them to you and your end users.
Your data belongs to you and as long as you are a customer of SeniorGrowth, we will keep your data safe for as long as you need it. At any time that you no longer need your data while you are a customer of SeniorGrowth, you may send us a request to permanently delete your data. When you close your account with SeniorGrowth, we will remove and delete all your data from our servers.

This helps customers who choose to transfer personal data to the US to meet their data protection obligations.
